So, we got the girls to take a nap, short but it was something. We also took short naps. The weather was fine, threatened storms, but it went over us with nothing but a few drops. We have switched the sleeping arrangements to our family of four to be in the same room. That way, if Claire wakes up, we can just pick her up and she should fall asleep on our chest. For whatever reason, she does not want to stay asleep in her pack and play. (even though she has plenty of times in the past). At naptime she slept in there for an hour and then 20 minutes on me. (like a cat draped on my face and neck, it sucked, but she slept).
We bought some motrin to help her sleep. I hope tonight is better than last night, Steve and i are running on very little sleep.
We got to go to the trout farm and feed the fish. The fish went crazy for the food, and the girls got a kick out of it. Claire was done after about 20 min and cried till we left. The heat really gets to her and she is tired. We got ice cream, and now we are chilling out watching a movie. We are going to eat dinner and then play at the beach, wash them up and put them to bed.
