Steve took Ella and Claire to the Daddy Daughter Dance on February 13th. He bought them corsages and everyone got all dressed up. They danced the night away! Ella loved dancing with Steve and tried to copy all of his dance moves. Claire was a social butterfly and went around dancing with friends she knew that were at the dance.
The dresses the girls were wearing have already been returned. Unfortunately, 20 minutes after Claire had her dress on, she started getting hives. The material was super itchy. She changed before leaving for the dance. Ella also had a reaction from the dress, but her's did not show up until she was home. She had red marks on her shoulders. I know washing the dresses would not have helped. The material was just too itchy. It's a shame too because the dresses were super cute.
The girls are looking forward to another Daddy Daughter Dance in the future. Maybe next year, Rose will go with as well!
