This weekend was a fun one filled with Fireworks and friends and a trip to the zoo! Three day weekends with Daddy are always the best!
What we learned about Claire: She HATES fireworks. She doesn't cry, she just covers her ears, tells everyone she is scared and asks when they will be over. There was one night that she was in bed already and woke up to some big booms in our neighborhood. She said to me in her tiniest voice....Mama, can you make them stop? It was so sad. She went right back to sleep...thank god!!!
We went to the zoo this weekend as well. We saw the new dinosaur exhibit. It was pretty cool! And no one cried, so that was good!
